Itinerary
Day 1: Bali – Berau – Tanjung Selor
Your adventure begins with a flight from Bali to Berau. Upon arrival, your guide greets you and transfers you by car to Tanjung Selor, a journey of around four hours. Along the way, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. You’ll arrive in Tanjung Selor in the evening and check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Tanjung Selor – Sajau River – Dayak Punan Tribe
After breakfast, set off by car for about three hours toward the river. Then board a motorized canoe for a one-hour journey upstream through the Kayan and Sajau rivers. Deep in the forest, you’ll arrive at the jungle home of the nomadic Dayak Punan tribe. Explore the caves they inhabit and witness their daily lives—hunting, gathering, and living off the land. After a simple dinner, spend the night at a jungle camp.
Day 3: Forest Experience – Return to Tanjung Selor
Wake up to the sounds of the forest and enjoy a simple breakfast.
