Private Snorkeling Tour Cut Short After Payment and Boat Problems
We booked and paid for what was presented as a longer private snorkeling trip, but after payment the schedule was changed to a shorter trip. On the day of the tour, the first boat also had a mechanical problem, which caused an additional delay. Because of that, the already shortened trip became even shorter. We ultimately snorkeled for only about 1.5 hours at three locations and were already heading back around 1:30 PM. I specifically asked the operator to extend the trip to make up for the delay caused by the boat problem, but that did not happen. The snorkeling itself was enjoyable, but the overall experience did not match what we believed we had paid for. Between the schedule being shortened after payment and the additional boat delay, we received significantly less time than expected. For the price of a private tour, I expected better communication and for the lost time to be made up. I would recommend confirming the exact departure time, return time, and guaranteed duration in writing before paying.

6night Komodo whale shark tour
We did the 6 night tour from Bali to Labuan Bajo. It was a snorkeling tour including the whale sharks. Mantaray, turtles and so much more. We loved that it had just the right amount of activity verses relaxation. We saw the Komodo dragons but the whale sharks were a definite highlight. The first half of the tour was quite independent but always a with the tour guide back up via WhatsApp if needed. Accommodation was luxurious. Would definitely recommend and may even do it again with my family. Kids would love this tour!!

This was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! We did all as was described and it was truly an incredible once in a life time experience. The team were absolutely amazing as well, they were so friendly patient and accommodating and always making sure we were having a good time. Nothing felt rushed and they were so helpful with everything even taking our pictures for us and carrying our bags during the hike. I also think it’s incredible value for money considering how long the trip actually is and how much you get to do plus drinks and food and T-shirts are included!! I would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone, it was the highlight of our trip to Indonesia.

Great day trip to Nusa Penida
I booked a day trip to Nusa Penida last minute and these guys came through. I had a pick up, a great guide and car for the day who took me to the bungee jump point, a little bit around the island and to the harbor for snorkeling. He made sure I was taken care of throughout and was very friendly. The only issue I had was with the restaurant for lunch. It was not a good restaurant. The ambiance and the views were great, but the food was not the best. I did see a couple of ants in the food and lost my appetite right after that. But the tour company was great and made sure I was accommodated.

Last minute, door to door, from Bali
I was transiting through Bali, after getting off my climb of Puncak Jaya/Carstensz Pyramid on Papua a couple days early, and wanted to photograph Komodo Dragons. These folks pulled a trip together for me, door to door, last minute; they had me flying to Flores in less than 24 hours. They have a good crew, the trip went like clockwork, and they took great care of me. I got my visit to Komodo, some great photos, and some drift snorkeling on a nice shallow reef in the channel along the way. Very well done! The TripAdvisor review process, on the other hand, is incredibly painful. Five minutes writing the review, 45 minutes trying to submit it.
