Experience an extraordinary Sumbawa Whale Shark Liveaboard from Bali, combining iconic wildlife, tropical islands, and unforgettable snorkeling in one seamless journey. This 8-day, 7-night expedition travels from Bali through Nusa Penida, the Gili Islands, Lombok, Saleh Bay, and Komodo National Park.
Designed for travelers who value comfort and authentic exploration, the voyage offers elegant cabins, attentive service, freshly prepared meals, and plenty of time to enjoy Indonesia’s spectacular scenery.
Your journey begins in Bali before continuing to Nusa Penida. Here, snorkel in clear tropical water and search for manta rays above colorful coral reefs. You will also visit Kelingking Beach, famous for its dramatic cliffs and sweeping Indian Ocean views.
Next, travel toward the Gili Islands and Lombok. Swim among tropical fish, explore vibrant reefs, and relax beside calm turquoise water. These peaceful islands provide a beautiful transition between Nusa Penida and the remote landscapes of Sumbawa.
One of the main highlights of this Komodo and Sumbawa liveaboard expedition awaits in Saleh Bay. Surrounded by quiet hills and open sea, this sheltered bay provides one of Indonesia’s most remarkable whale shark encounters.

After leaving Sumbawa, the expedition continues to the legendary islands of Komodo National Park. Trek with a local ranger to search for Komodo dragons and learn about their natural habitat. In addition, admire the panoramic scenery from Padar Island and unwind on the soft sand of Pink Beach.
The adventure also includes snorkeling at selected locations such as Manta Point and Taka Makassar. Here, manta rays, tropical fish, and thriving coral gardens create memorable underwater experiences.
Throughout your Sumbawa Whale Shark Liveaboard from Bali, the professional crew takes care of navigation, meals, and daily activities. Comfortable cabins provide a relaxing place to rest, while spacious outdoor decks offer uninterrupted views of volcanic islands, secluded bays, and glowing sunsets.
Moreover, the carefully planned schedule balances adventure with leisure. Therefore, you can explore each destination comfortably without feeling rushed.
The Komodo Sumbawa Whale Shark Grand Liveaboard Expedition brings together three of Indonesia’s most remarkable marine regions in one journey. From manta ray snorkeling in Nusa Penida and whale sharks in Saleh Bay to Komodo dragons and Pink Beach, every day reveals a new side of the archipelago.
