Health, Safety & Travel Insurance

A little preparation helps you enjoy your Indonesia journey with greater confidence. Before traveling, consider your health needs, the activities in your itinerary, and insurance coverage suitable for your trip.

Health Preparation

Consult your doctor or a travel health professional before departure for advice tailored to your destinations, medical history, and planned activities. Discuss any recommended vaccinations, medication, and precautions for remote island travel.

Please inform our team about relevant medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations before booking. This helps us assess suitable arrangements and explain any activity limitations.

Safety During Your Tour

Follow your guide’s instructions, use appropriate safety equipment, and choose activities that match your abilities. Tell your guide if you feel unwell or uncomfortable, particularly before swimming, snorkeling, diving, or trekking.

Boat routes and outdoor activities may change according to weather, sea conditions, and the captain’s or guide’s safety assessment.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend arranging comprehensive travel insurance before your journey. Check that your policy covers emergency medical treatment and evacuation, particularly when visiting remote islands where access to healthcare may be limited. Also review protection for trip cancellation, interruption, delays, and lost baggage.

Ensure your policy specifically covers your planned activities, including snorkeling, scuba diving, trekking, or liveaboard travel. Some policies exclude adventure activities or require additional coverage.

Before Departure

Keep your insurance details, emergency contacts, and relevant medical information accessible. Please check your package inclusions with us and avoid assuming that any activity insurance provides comprehensive protection for your entire journey.
